Story

"Crysis 1" is set in 2020, where a team of U.S. special forces is deployed to a remote island after the discovery of an alien artifact. Players must battle both North Korean forces and an alien invasion threatening humanity. Equipped with a nanosuit, the player uses enhanced abilities to overcome enemies and save the world from destruction.
